Login Problems

If you're having problems logging into our site, or if you keep on being logged out when you change pages, please try the following:

  1. Check the date and time on your computer. If this is incorrect the cookie we use to keep track of your login details may expire prematurely.
  2. Check cookies are enabled in your browser. For instructions on how to do this please see the section of this page that relates to your browser. (if you're using Microsoft Windows the likelyhood is that this will be Internet Explorer 6 or 7. To confirm this click on the About option on the Help menu on your browser.)
  3. If you're still having problems after trying the above please contact us.

Lost Password

If you've lost your password please make use of our lost password feature (underneath the login box) to reset it. If you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with please contact us with the original email address and your new one, and we'll change it for you.
